I can honestly say this app is fantastic! It has completely changed our post-sale experience for our customers meaning our incoming support tickets and calls are lower. We manufacture to order so being able to set-up custom status updates and emails has been a game changer! We had a fair few questions and amendments to get the app working how we wanted, the customer support has always been quick and modifications have been made for us meaning we can have the best tracking experience for our customers! We found this Application after checking Like 7 Top Applications in the category. but None of them were what we needed. all of them missed a few features.
and This app only had 10 Reviews. But we are blown away with the app. The QR code changes the Status of the Order. This is one of the Best Solution I have ever Seen.
Support is Just superb
There were Few things that needed to be changed in it. and he did that in less than 12 Hr and solved Our Problems. Which other apps had refused to do so.
Overall this App is effectively making our 3 departments more Smart efficient.
