The inline button didn't work with my theme. I contacted them and they added it within 24 hours to my shop. Very good service. The app does everything I need it to and I love it.

Really easy to use and set up. We had some issues with the app conflicting with our JavaScript but spoke to Support and got it sorted.

So far the app works really well to add the functionality of having back-in-stock notifications on a shop. Some things require the app team to code in for you but their support is great and pretty fast.

I have been looking for free Re-stock notification app for ages. I was looking 'Notify me' in-line button below the colour selection and then visitor get automatic email when we re-stock it.
I was looking a lot of apps but I had to pay monthly but we are running small business so it was bit tough.
I also happy with customer service. When I found out some problem, they fixed it very quickly. I am strongly recommend this app.

Good customer service very professional and responsive. They helped me install the app after initial issues I had. Looks great on the website too and was able to remove their branding.

I'll start with the good... this app has the absolute best user interface of all the ones we tested. The developer Andy was also helpful and responsive at first, even upgrading us to the Pro package due to all of the issues. Unfortunately that's not enough. We tried to make this work for 3 months and have finally given up. There were simply too many problems. Many of the links to documentation were broken, going to non-existent pages. Prices in the notification emails would sometimes display incorrectly, $50 would suddenly show up as $5000. Products that were modified while out of stock wouldn't update in this app. That's just to name a few. The deal breaker though was the emails themselves. Notifications went to the spam folder 100% of the time on Gmail and we had a 0% open rate on our last send. We had to manually write each customer that signed up for notifications or risk losing their business. We really wanted this to work, but after the developer stopped responding to us about the spam issue, we moved to a different solution. It doesn't look nearly as nice, or have the same amount of features, but customer's get our emails and that's more important than anything else. If they can fix all of the bugs though, this would be the best app in the store.

If you are looking for a quick to install and fuss free solution this is the perfect option. Checked out the reviews and feeedback prior and was not disappointed after installing - app was up and running in 20mins and the integration was completed not long after with prompt and highly communicative support. Faultless.
