Great app! made sorting through orders so much easier. Being able to tag our international and express orders as well as gift cards makes processing orders a little easier.

It works well but the value you get for your money is pretty meh. The free version is essentially useless. Once the same tag has been automatically added to 10 orders it stops working which happened after two days in my case. In the description they say 10 free "workflows" per months to make it sound like it's different automations but it's literally just 10 added order tags. Found this very misleading. The paid version is expensive. 200 bucks a year just to add a custom tag to your orders is too much. If that's all you want to do I suggest looking for cheaper alternatives.

We were able to tag incoming orders based on existing product tags, as well as filtered Sales Channels, including orders created by 3rd party apps that did not fall into the normal Sales Channel structure. Excellent customer service and response!

While I was paying for this app, they shut off access to the dashboard for an upgrade. My business relies on this app and I wasn't able to manage orders because of their actions.

As you mention, we are in the process of switching over to a brand new version of our app, however, your existing orders were still being tagged as per the rules that you had set-up.

We emailed all Merchants about a week ago regarding the change. We also emailed again yesterday highlighting that the upgrade was about to begin.

We also placed a very visible notice on the app which you will have seen when you tried to login to the app. It would have informed you that your app was running normally, but to get in touch with us if you needed any new rules to be created or existing rules edited during the migration process.

We responded 3 times to your emails and also prioritised your migration, which we completed about an hour ago.

We’re sorry that you are unhappy, but I’m really not sure how much more we could have done to inform you that everything was ok and that we were here and available to help. We are still here and available to help.

This is more than a great app, it is a necessary app for every single shopify store. In Shopify there is no way to know if an order has been printed. You can check unfulfilled orders, but we have made to order items and partial shipments so unfulfilled does not answer the question of what has been printed.
Well order tagger does, as explained in the last review by TrailDesigns. Just assign a tag to all orders over $0.01 called "Not Printed" and then when you print the order just remove the tag. When you want to check what orders need printing just click on the tag "Not Printed" and all orders that need printing magically appear. I am not sure how everyone does not have this app, do they just hope all orders have been printed? Get this app and make your life way way better!
