Acabo de empezar a realizar en envío a través de Packlink Pro y estoy súper contento, tanto por las múltiples opciones de envío como por las tarifas que ofrecen. El equipo es muy profesional, y tengo que agradecer a Jesús su llamada personalizada ofreciéndome su ayuda e informándome del funcionamiento de los envíos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Sin duda un acierto :)

I am really liking the app, the only problem is that it doesn't offer shipping to the United States (and I would also love it if they offering carbon-neutral shipping). In any case, I want to give a shout-out to Renata Primorac. She is amazing. She has been so attentive and has been following up with me via email and phone calls. 100% love working with her and she makes my experience with Packlink even better.
Le service client est catastrophique. Ils ont un système d'assurance des colis indépendant du prestataire de livraison et n'espèrez jamais voir une indemnisation lorsque vous avez un problème (ce qui est très problématique lorsqu'un colis est volé, perdu, détérioré et que vous aviez payé une assurance).
Par ailleurs, le fait de devoir attendre quelques mois pour avoir un système de facturation mensuel est très chronophage et problématique d'un point de vue comptable (vous devez réaliser autant de saisie que vous envoyez de commandes...)

Contentísimos. Ya habíamos usado PackLink anteriormente y conocíamos lo bien que funcionan y su buen servicio de atención al cliente. No podríamos estar más satisfechos ahora que lo hemos integrado a la tienda. Funciona perfectamente.
Our store is located in Spain, and I spend a LOT of time looking for a shipping system that would integrate with our Shopify store. Surprisingly, many major shipping companies DO NOT have an application to do this. Packlink not only integrates seamlessly with shopify, it also gives you the option of many different shipping services. So for instance, Correos may be more competitive for domestic shipping, while UPS is better for international. You simply pick the best service for what you need, no additional accounts, logins etc. Also, I figured out that if you have the Basic Shopify plan and you pay for the year (rather than monthly) then you can import the shipping rates into your checkout page (this is called "Third-party carrier-calculated shipping rates"). Super easy for shop owner and customer, shipping rates import automatically based on the customers delivery address. Really great product, very pleased with it.
