To get this kind of app for free, for small, low cost shipments is brilliant. If you are sending highly expensive goods or services and need quality customer service - maybe use a paid for platform. Packlink Pro is excellent if you are just getting started. Recommend!

Molto facile da utilizzare, comodo e veloce
URGENT : L’intégration du module de sélection du point relais sur la page de remerciement ne s’affiche pas toujours. Le bug est aléatoire, mais lorsqu’il survient, je dois saisir manuellement le point relais après que le client m’ait contacté. Ce n’est pas viable. Il est impératif de corriger ce problème rapidement. Il faudrait aussi une solution de secours pour permettre au client de choisir son relais si l’intégration échoue ou s’il oublie. Merci d’agir en urgence.

After two weeks, they just closed the ticket.
Since then I've been desperately trying to get reimbursed for the insurance I took out (I paid extra for this insurance): nobody answers. We end up talking in a chatbox that says it will put us in touch with the right team, but we're never put in touch with anyone.
No response by e-mail either, it's simply scandalous!!
