Es la aplicación que uso para hacer envíos. En todo momento he estado en contacto con un asesor (Jaime) que ha sido muy atento y servicial ayudándome en todo el proceso de envío. Sin duda, será la aplicación que siga utilizando.
Por cierto, si tienes dudas te atienden tanto por teléfono como por e-mail, para mí es un punto muy positivo ya que en ningún momento hablas con máquinas.
I have installed Packlink PRO into my ecommerce, it is very easy to install and the Customer Service team (Jaime in my case) is always available to help with any issue or doubt I have. It gives you lots of advantages when it comes to shipments.
Best App! Easy to use and they have the best (especially with UPS) shipping prices! 90% of my Shipments to the US I do with Packlink. And the support team is awesome (thanks Andre)! Thank you

Aplicación súper útil! Anteriormente utilizaba la web de Packlink a parte y era un lío y doble trabajo. Jaime Quintana muy amable se puso en contacto conmigo para ayudarme a instalarla y unir mi tienda a la app y súper fácil! La verdad que ha sido todo un descubrimiento.
This is app has really helped me with my domestic shipments inside the UK. Jaime is always helpful and providing me with lots of advice and tips on how to get the most from the app. He was very patient with me as well as I had to shut my shop for a couple months due to Brexit regulation and he kept in contact and was happy to assist me when I reopened the shop. The prices for the shipments are competitive and I love the fact that I can now customise my packages.
