Packlink PRO Shipping Platform

Doy 4 estrellas porque tuvimos un problema al volcarlo con shopify, pues los envíos no cargaba, no se generaba las etiquetas y no cargaba la pagina en uno de los días mas clave para los envíos. Hemos avisado y al día siguiente una chica simpática y comprometida llamada Julia me ha atendido y por el momento solucionado el problema. Por lo demás si sigue funcionando como hasta ahora es genial.

Muy buena la app, facil de utilizar y sobretodo intuitiva. Tambien el equipo Packlink me resolvió todas las dudas.

Ottima app e buon servizio clienti. La uso per spedizioni con poste italiane, facile da impostare e usare. Purtroppo poi è successo che ho avuto problemi con una spedizione (andata in giacenza) e non ho più ricevuto assistenza. Una persona mi dice il pacco è in consegna l'altra mi dice che è in sede (a 90 km di distanza dall'indirizzo corretto). Ho riscritto per più chiarimenti ma nessuna risposta. Le risposte che ricevo sembrano robotiche. Unfortunately, had to update the review because the first one was peer pressured (the guy called me more than once to tell me to leave a 5 star review, even though he didn't help much). After using this platform for a while, I realized there is literally zero customer service and assistance. You have to wait ages on the chat and they close it after two words. No telephone available for calling and getting help.

First of all this Application is so clean and easy to use + it saves me a bunch of money. Secondly, the Customer Service is just absolutely insane. A constant live support chat service and they provide a sales team manager to call you and help you set the app up in the beginning. I want to give a huge shout out to Andrej for being such a patient legend and guiding me through the whole thing and being an exceptionally nice person too.

11/10 would recommend this App to anyone!

Aunque soy nuevo en la plataforma, creo que es de las pocas que cumplen con lo que prometen. Tiene una configuración muy intuitiva y la sincronización con las empresas de transporte es excelente.
Lo que más valoro es haber tenido la suerte de que me asignen a Penélope como compañera en este viaje. Su atención es IMPECABLE y el trato con ella es familiar y muy agradable. ¡¡Por favor "PackLink" cuidar a Penélope para que no deje de guiarnos!!

Il servizio è buono ma se c'è un problema l'assistenza è praticamente ASSENTE. The service is good but if there is a problem the assistance is practically ABSENT.

Awesome customer service, right from the top. I received a call the first day I started using the service and Renata (my personal Packlink assistant) was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole setup process. That kind of stellar service is rare these days, so I really appreciate it. Initially wanted to use the service for all non-EU orders only, but figured out that Packlink also offers better rates for my shop's domestic shipments within Germany - basically a no-brainer.

è da qualche mese che uso packlink pro e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta, soprattutto per l'assistenza fornita da Eleonora Tacchi, sempre molto gentile e preparata a qualsiasi domanda posta.

I had an urgent request for shipping due to some hiccups with supplier regarding shipping issues and Packlink Pro was so easy to register and use. It has its limitations, but it provides really swift support. Customer service, especially Renata was ever so helpful and great.
