App genial y sencilla de utilizar, me atendió Jesús y estoy encantada, ha resuelto todas mis dudas y puedes contar con atención al cliente personalizada cuando lo necesites. Es ideal para todo el público.
Estoy empezando a usarla y de momento funciona perfecta. Es bastante intuitiva y muy fácil de usar. Ademas el asesoramiento para configurarla y solucionar los problemas es rápido, claro y con muy buen trato humano. La recomiendo.

I'm sorry to say this, as Packlink is actually excellent value for money, but this app is pretty useless. None of the relevant order data, other than the address and order value, is sent to your Packlink account. Neither the shipping weight, nor the product data needed for the customs declaration are transferred, so you have to fill in package details and accompanying documents completely by hand for every single order - a tedious, error-prone and time-consuming process. I really hope that the developers will improve this soon. As a good example, I would recommend to have a look at the Shopify app from DHL, where the data transfer is fully automated and runs flawlessly.

UPDATE Aug 11. 2021:
I had a phone call with Packlink yesterday in which I was told that at least the shipping weight will be transmitted to the Packlink account if you either upgrade to a higher Shopify plan or switch to annual payment in advance. They are currently working hard on all the other items mentioned regarding automating customs declarations and eliminating errors in customs documents. Therefore, I award two additional stars retrospectively, trusting that things will improve soon.
