Great App, above all, very good, proactive and reactive service!
A pity that some destinations are not covered (switserland, USA, etc.) from our country (Belgium) but hopefully it will be the case soon? We recommend it of course!

Je tiens à laisser un avis concernant le service client de Packlink. J'avais un problème concernant les modalités d'expédition. J'ai envoyé un mail via le service client et j'ai rapidement obtenu une réponse par téléphone. La personne qui m'a contacté, Hubert, a instantanément identifié mon problème et m'a aidé à le résoudre dans les minutes qui ont suivi l'appel. Merci encore pour votre amabilité et votre professionnalisme.

Questa App e' molto utile in quanto integra le spedizioni direttamente risparmiando molto tempo. Tuttavia quando si mandano diverse spedizioni contemporaneamente, spesso si congela ovvero non manda il segnale di fullfilment su shopify, pertanto occorre sempre fare un double check. Il customer service fino ad ora l'ho trovato molto disponibile e facilmente contattabile.

Unfortunately i have to rewrite my review. Even though I Had/have a great personal consultant with packlink who helped me getting startet with it, the customer service is one of the worse i ever had to deal with - to a point that they wouldn't even answer anymore - to my latest Emails on OPEN CASES. When you buy a label with packlink and your well packed product arrives damaged, they will NOT refund your shipping costs and your product value or reshipping costs, having unrealistic requests of photographs from different angles and layers of packaging made by the customer BEFORE they open the package ... hello???? Sorry but after losing the time stone, not even doctor strange can turn back time and tell his customer to take picture before opening the package. Besides this u get the info after weeks when it's 100% certain the customer threw the damaged package away and there is no chance these pictures can be done. + you don't get that information on first hand when you talk to the support directly - there they only tell you to send a photo of the damaged packaging and 1 photo from the damaged product - the crazy requests come via email after weeks. In which scenario does someone contact an already disappointed customer after weeks to ask for a variety of pictures, apart from the fact that no customer will still keep damaged packaging and products around. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT and in my eyes very rude and not trustworthy

I used packlink for a wile now, i'm very happy with the service and latly i have an amazing account manager- Renata Primorac, she is so fast, taking care of any problem in no time:-)

Packlink é una piattaforma super utile, credo per me che sono appena iniziato il mio shop online sarà una risorsa fondamentale. User-face della app é super intelligente e semplicissimo da usare, riesci ad arrivare ai prezzi di spedizioni davvero bassi. In più la Customer service, il mio contatto era Brunella, é stata super informativa e chiara. Mi ha aiutato a creare e spedire un ordine di prova, dando anche alcune suggerimenti strategiche per il mio shipping policies. é sempre disponibile e molto affidabile. Sono veramente sollevata di aver trovata questa sistema e consiglio a tutti!

Con la guida di Eleonora Tacchi, ho potuto provare buona parte delle funzioni di Packlink Pro in poco tempo. Grazie del supporto .
