Packlink PRO Shipping Platform

Descargué la aplicación, me registré y al poco tiempo recibí la llamada de Jaime, una persona encantadora que me ayudó con todas dudas que tenía sobre la aplicación.
La verdad es que eran pocas, ya que la aplicación es muy intuitiva y sencilla, te permite gestionar los envíos en pocos clicks e imprimir las etiquetas.
Totalmente recomendable la descarga y uso de esta aplicación.

Molto semplice ed intuitiva, il collegamento diretto a shopify permette di saltare vari step di compilazione e rende tutto molto veloce. Super disponibile l'account manager Brunella Esposito per chi avesse bisogno di chiarimenti ed accompagnamento nei vari passaggi per settare tutto. In generale molto consigliato.

No la recomiendo para nada, para 2 problemas que he tenido no han solucionado nada, para esto es casi mejor trabajar directamente con la empresa transportista. Los precios son mas altos que otras compañías similares.

App molto buona e semplice da utilizzare. Buonissimo anche l'onboarding con Brunella che mi ha aiutato a capirla all'istate. Bravi!

Service client au top, j'ai eu Antoine en ligne qui m'a appelé 5min après que j'ai contacté le service client par le chat. app facilement lisible et bien construire.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life!!!! My customer made an order and just the delivery its self costed £20 as he wanted it express delivery. I find out that apparently the delivery company did not have the information regarding my delivery (I don't know if this was Pack links fault or not) which then led for them to pick it up late, then the 1 day express delivery turned into 7 days. My customer obviously cancelled the order and was not happy. I then tried to contact pack links customer service department via the chat to sort out the cancellation/ diverting the parcel back and they either ignored my messages or took 24-48 hours for an automated random message that didn't answer any of my queries or concerns. The customer service department (or the person i had at least) does not care or want to help. It feels like, after they have taken your money that's their part done. I requested my case to be passed onto someone else but that suggestion had also been ignored. I really do not recommend using pack link - you spend more hours trying to sort out the deliveries yourself and is a complete waste of time. Overall for this one delivery I have been on messages or on the phone for over 4 hours and still not got to the end of it. On another note - they have taken money out of my account without notice or any information to why they are doing it, and I'm still waiting for a reply... assuming I will have to wait another 24-48 hours time due to the lack of care from this company. 1 Star in generous!

Doy 4 estrellas porque tuvimos un problema al volcarlo con shopify, pues los envíos no cargaba, no se generaba las etiquetas y no cargaba la pagina en uno de los días mas clave para los envíos. Hemos avisado y al día siguiente una chica simpática y comprometida llamada Julia me ha atendido y por el momento solucionado el problema. Por lo demás si sigue funcionando como hasta ahora es genial.

Veramente affidabile. Ho avuto qualche problema di gestione di logistica, e non solo Angelo Mattino mi ha contattato per email, ma mi ha anche chiamato direttamente sul mio num di telefono per darmi risposte dirette e utili per risolvere al meglio la mia situazione. Non riuscivo a creare alcune spedizioni, e tramite a Team View, Angelo mi ha dato maggiore assistenza direttamente sul pc. MEGLIO DI COSì non potevo chiedere. Appena mando una mail per qualsiasi esigenza, sono sempre disponibili. Grazie Angelo, e grazie Packlink.
