We use Packlink for our small Shopify store and are genuinely impressed by how easy it is to use. The platform simplifies shipping, and the customer service has always been quick and helpful. The only thing we’d love to see improved is a deeper integration with Shopify—currently, we need to leave the platform to manage shipments, and a more seamless experience would make it perfect.
L'app funziona peccato che non posso utilizzarla perchè non riesco a sincronizzare il mio contratto brt a packlink. Nonostante i ripetuti solleciti e ticket continuo a sprecare tempo e denaro per l'abbonamento pro. Chiedo ai tecnici di risolvere la questione.
Utilizziamo Packlink da tempo per la gestione delle nostre spedizioni e ci sono sicuramente aspetti positivi: l’assistenza via ticket è molto veloce nel rispondere e la sincronizzazione con la nostra piattaforma avviene in modo immediato, semplificando l'inserimento delle spedizioni.
Tuttavia, ci sono anche dei limiti importanti: quando ci sono problemi con i corrieri, le tempistiche si allungano notevolmente — in media servono 14-20 giorni anche solo per ricevere un POD, lasciando i clienti in attesa di risposte per settimane. Inoltre, viene emessa una fattura per ogni singolo pagamento, il che significa dover contabilizzare anche centinaia di fatture ogni mese, con notevole dispendio di tempo. Il servizio telefonico, infine, risulta poco utile: gli operatori si limitano a creare un ticket, senza poter offrire un supporto diretto.
Nel complesso è un servizio funzionale, ma con margini di miglioramento su gestione dei problemi e fatturazione.
