To get this kind of app for free, for small, low cost shipments is brilliant. If you are sending highly expensive goods or services and need quality customer service - maybe use a paid for platform. Packlink Pro is excellent if you are just getting started. Recommend!

Package worth 3500 euros lost 4 months ago, no information.
After two weeks, they just closed the ticket.
Since then I've been desperately trying to get reimbursed for the insurance I took out (I paid extra for this insurance): nobody answers. We end up talking in a chatbox that says it will put us in touch with the right team, but we're never put in touch with anyone.
No response by e-mail either, it's simply scandalous!!

Assistenza assolutamente impeccabile, ho fatto una richiesta di info per capire se potevo utilizzare o meno una funzione senza avere l'abbonamento PRO e sono stata ricontattata dopo poco a conferma che potevo farlo ma serviva una procedura. Il ragazzo che mi ha contattato è stato con me diverso tempo al telefono per accompagnarmi interamente nella procedura finchè non abbiamo risolto tutto, davvero apprezzata tanta cura grazie! L'app mi sta permettendo di aggiungere un metodo di spedizione aggiuntivo (locker) direttamente dall'app packlink PRO

Une application sympa pour les entreprises mais qui à des soucis de gestion avec mondial relais. Il y a souvent des erreurs de poids soit disent sur nos colis alors que l'erreur est impossible! Ils nous débitent sur notre compte puis parfois nous remboursent. Mais nous perdons un temps fou pour justifier a chaque fois. Au final on perd notre argent quand ils nous remboursent pas alors que tout est bon de notre coté.
Souvent des points relais non disponible alors que nous clients désirent certains point relais.

Jespere que des améliorations vont être réaliser.

une fois que vous avez utilisée cette appli rien de plus simple pour pouvoir générer les étiquettes, l appli se greffe de façon simple a notre site et les données sont installes rien a taper a nouveau

Sicuramente il supporto ricevuto da Davide Boscato è stato valido, ciononostante devo chiedervi di migliorare invece il supporto relativo a packlink in quanto non ritengo giusto che per parlare con un operatore devo abbonarmi ad una tariffa alta, quando mi si presenta un problema dialogare con un robot mi fa sentire stupido comunque alla fine con ritardo ho sempre risolto i problemi di spedizione, buon lavoro

If you are planning to get a heart attack or enjoy having anger tantrums a couple of times a week this app is definitely for you!!! No help whatsoever!!!! You try to contact carriers instead, but they say they can't help you because Packlink has to contact them in your name.

I had to pay 45 euros for a return shipment from Italy to Spain. They gave me an erroneous label twice. I had to contact the customer 3 times to share 3 different labels. After that, they collected the package but instead of TNT they brought it to UPS, only god knows why. The package was lost for a week. UPS contacted my customer saying they have the package in their office but they don't know why naturally, it was supposed to be brought to TNT. The package is still at the UPS office in Milan, I have been waiting for 3 days for them to collect the package from where they left and bring it to BCN. I contacted Packlink maybe 250 times during this process, but they can't be bothered to call TNT and tell them to collect my package from UPS office, which is apparently on the same street according to the customer.

I definitely lost the customer, I cannot make the refund before receiving the items. And, after what happened I cannot charge the customer for the refund now lost 45 euros for the shipment, additionally, I had to give the customer a 10% discount, luckily we know she never gonna use it. Can't get back my products back, nor do I know if they are ok. The value of the items is around 150 Euros. And, I still can't get any help. Today, without any shame they told me again to call TNT knowing that they wouldn't help me, I was about to throw my laptop out of the window.

Es una muy buena opción para realizar envíos asequibles, la plataforma tiene una interfaz muy completa y con bastantes opciones. Recomiendo Packlink PRO para empezar a enviar de forma sencilla y barata. El soporte técnico por parte de Kathy ha sido excelente, ha estado pendiente y se ha preocupado de que entiendas todo a la perfección. ¡Un saludo!

Plugin facile da installare, facile da utilizzare e Packlink è un partner utilissimo per il mio lavoro. Davide Boscato, come account manager mi ha aiutato a conoscere profondamente l'applicazione ed a utilizzarla correttamente. Sapere che in caso di necessità è sempre disponibile a supportarmi in caso di problemi, mi permette fidarmi completamente di Packlink. Peccato che Shopify sta limitando l'uso delle funzionalità di Packlink se si usa shopify basic... questo però è sicuramente una manovra commerciale di shopify per spingere i clienti a scegliere abbonamenti più costosi.
