I just had probably a basic problem but I work in a field that uses graphic design every day without being an actual designer so I'm not useless, and I don't have $15,000 to spend on a custom coded website as I rebuild my business after moving from NYC to the UK.
I asked on the chat how I could create a custom icon rather than the stock icon divider because it's not an option and I spent plenty of time trying to mess around with it myself. Within 5 minutes I was sent a Loom video of a screen recording showing me exactly how to do it, it was so easy and well within the parameters of what the average person could do.
It's been great so far and limitless.

I got pagefly from the begining of my store and i would recommand to anyone because they have a lot of tamplates to start from.However i encountered some problems because of the conflict with other apps but the support staff was always there for me,even coding was done by them promtly and very very fast!

PageFly is a superb page builder that Shopify sorely needs (even in 2.0) with fantastic customer support. It makes using Shopify a thousand times better. It's got a few quirks, however, the team is so responsive, helpful and kind, it feels like they're part of your business. It took me about a week of focused days to get the hang of it because it's got so many options -- very much worth it. It's pricey too but it makes Shopify a completely different -- and way better -- option for anyone who cares about design and good communication. Remarkable and gorgeous.

I love Shopify, don't get me wrong... but you can't do on Shopify what you CAN do on PageFly. PageFly is COMPLETE customisation on Shopify. If you see it in your mind's eye you can create it with these guys. Highly recommend
