The app has been great so far! It opens up a lot of customizations that you normally would not get through the standard app unless you're an adept coder. I find that they offer more variety in their available templates, as well as make it easy to save your own page and section templates! I've even been able to present my store with a custom header & footer, despite the free Shopify theme I'm using not allowing such customizations. Because of this app, I feel my store can present itself in a much more professional manner, and falls more in line with other retailers of my industry.
If I come across anything I'm unfamiliar with, the customer support team has been extremely friendly and helpful, quick to respond, and has resolved everything asked of them!

I got pagefly from the begining of my store and i would recommand to anyone because they have a lot of tamplates to start from.However i encountered some problems because of the conflict with other apps but the support staff was always there for me,even coding was done by them promtly and very very fast!

I just had probably a basic problem but I work in a field that uses graphic design every day without being an actual designer so I'm not useless, and I don't have $15,000 to spend on a custom coded website as I rebuild my business after moving from NYC to the UK.

I asked on the chat how I could create a custom icon rather than the stock icon divider because it's not an option and I spent plenty of time trying to mess around with it myself. Within 5 minutes I was sent a Loom video of a screen recording showing me exactly how to do it, it was so easy and well within the parameters of what the average person could do.

It's been great so far and limitless.

This app is amazing, I can customize my shop in every single detail. Also, when I don't understand some thing, I open the live chat support, and they are so kind and professional. They solve my problems in a few minutes every time I reach them. Also, the response time is VERY short, and you can get assistance within one minute.

The customer support is great, quick and timely feedback. Resolved my issue by pinpointing the exact problem.

PageFly is a superb page builder that Shopify sorely needs (even in 2.0) with fantastic customer support. It makes using Shopify a thousand times better. It's got a few quirks, however, the team is so responsive, helpful and kind, it feels like they're part of your business. It took me about a week of focused days to get the hang of it because it's got so many options -- very much worth it. It's pricey too but it makes Shopify a completely different -- and way better -- option for anyone who cares about design and good communication. Remarkable and gorgeous.
