Wow. in five years of having an e-comm biz on Shopify and working with 50+apps and support professionals I have never experienced this level of care and professionalism. I hired a third party to make a landing page and they installed PageFly and put it on the wrong part of my website. I was extremely worried because this had the effect of destroying my home page, not because of PageFly but because of what the vendor had published (it was unfinished). For five hours, various members of the PageFly team helped me fix the issue. They immediately responded to my support request (within minutes) and kept Me posted every ten minutes until they fixed it. Remember: this wasn’t a technical glitch. The app worked perfectly. They fixed a human error. Out of their kindness and professionalism.
