The Point: PageFly Customer service is AWESOME!!!!!
Considering I have zero internet skills and so much chill this eCommerce adventure has been exciting since day once. My mom is so proud of my new found awesomeness and I owe it all to Randy at PageFly because he was like the wizard of Oz walking me through the insanity that is website page building.
I badly described what I was hoping to accomplish and Randy quickly translated my lunacy and guided me to the right place. Tutorials can get confusing when you're a space cadet and Randy's screen shots and videos were incredibly helpful because he knew exactly what I was looking for, before I knew what I was looking for. Some people call that w*tchcraft.
Every time I've bothered customer service with my ridiculous questions about things like social media integration or how to make a lame banner even BIGGER.... They were there for me... Especially Randy. He says "lol" to my jokes and that's what friends are for. Did we just become best friends?
In short, My Store is going to be cooler than Your store thanks to PageFly :P
This is one page building app I would truly recommend to any first-time page builders. Customer service is amazing, replies in instant. React to any problems and help in any way. If you just start Shopify, this is one app you will need and there is a long trial period in which you already can get a lot of things done. Super recommended.
i am a complete amateur to this app, paula had guided me the entire way and had taken over and even went as far as implementing what i needed done within minutes! beyond my expectations, thank you to paula and the team at pagefly!
