The customer service is great. Everything is great until now. I think it is a pretty good App. If you can provide more design options, instead of only CSS customizations, that would be better

I love the Parcel Panel app, it's very easy to use and customise, probably the best app to track orders. And foremost, the support is AMAZING, they are just so dedicated to help you and will do anything to solve any issues you might have.
