Great support from a real person! Very quick answers and everything resolved. The only thing I am still waiting for in this app is to add the common European last-mile delivery carriers to the track and trace page. This is more clear for the customer to know with who their package has been shipped. Once this is added to the features (which they promised will come), I will change my review to 5 stars.

Had a few issues with Royal Mail Uk tracking. support were responsive and the issue seems to have been fixed
apart from that the app has been great and has a good feature set which helps with customer satisfaction
I love this app because it is very simple and ease to use.
It has so many carrier partners included in its basic plan.
I just want the main thing to manually update the courier partner whom the app shows is different from the original one.

There is no a lot of explanations on what is going on. Its installed, I have ticked some option, ie dropshipping, but I don't know what it is doing. Do I need to do anything on my store pages? Lets see how it works out.
Function wise it's pretty good.
Frustratingly they are quick to remind you to upgrade when you reach the limits of a plan, but they don't automatically reduce the amount you pay if your orders that month fall short of the tier you're in. Looking back at the past few months I can see that we've lined the pockets of Parcel Panel with $100s of unused credits because they told us we needed to upgrade the plan when really we didn't.

Update: since writing my original review, the PP team reached out to refund about 1/4 of the over payments I made this year (paying for tiers that I wasn't using). They have also created a bespoke plan for me which has made the whole PP experience a lot more cost effective.

App works great. But it sometimes misleads tracking number with wrong carrier. I had to ask contact support every time to correct them. I hope there is a feature that store end can revise carrier by ourselves. Other than that, customer support was fast enough and always solve my issues. Thank you for your help.
