Had a few issues with Royal Mail Uk tracking. support were responsive and the issue seems to have been fixed

We recently started using Parcel Panel. We primarily use Royal Mail & DHL for shipping. The Royal Mail API is less than perfect and resulted in some teething problems but Parcel Panel support dealt with both problems within hours. Useful app and fantastic customer service – happy to recommend.
Clear app, helpfull employees in the chat, a lot of solutions to provide detailed shipping information to the customers. Big 10 out of 10!
