This is an excellent tracking app. I've tried a few and Parcel Panel works great! It also integrates tightly with the Accounts Concierge app. Support is quick to respond too. Easily a 5-star app.
For now - great. The quickest support I've ever seen. App is quite easy to understand and gives a lot of possibilities. We are waiting for adding third-party courier. Good to know, that there is a possibility of adjusting courier list to your needs.
Hands down one of the best tracking app on shopify. The thing that sets them apart from the rest is their support service. They will literally solve any problems for you in the less time. One of the best customer service ever. Highly recommend

Had few issues with currency and setup but the support team is very great, they have helped me set the app up and it is actually now generating revenue + improving the service for customers. I highly recommend this for shopify owners who are looking to improve their offering while getting some extra revenue :)
