I recently had an issue with a purchase I made on Amazon and had to reach out to their customer service team for assistance. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support I received.

This app is an added value to my store from the easy steps to link it on my website and designing your tracking page to fit your store and even the customer service was very helpful and they responded very fast. i had some issues to edit shopify email templates and they did a great job.
