The app itself isn't perfect, but it has what I'm after and it's easy to use. The downside may be that it doesn't seem to always update in real-time, and I often have to contact support to refresh the status for me, or sometimes the app doesn't recognise the courier and I have to manually request for it to be changed/added. That said, the customer service team is exceptional -- they're always there to help and respond quickly to any issues. I don't know how it would be if I had to manage more orders, but as long as I can get an instant solution to my problems, I'm satisfied.

Super easy to use. There were a couple things not syncing up- the team was super helpful, friendly and efficient, in particular Lexie

I downloaded this within 5 minutes and I was confused and not even a minute after I received an immediate response via chat when I asked how to change the URL. Immediate assistance is available and friendly customer service staff,...If I could I would leave 10 stars!!!!!

This app is absolutely stunning! best tracking app on this platform, I was getting emails from worried customers about order status because of the long processing times and a couple cancelled purchases but with parcel panel my customers know whats going on with there product from ordering til delivery THANKS!
