Must have app for shipping. Drastically cuts down on the "Where's my order" emails and customer service is very responsive and helpful. Game changer for sure if you have been spending alot of time answer CS questions A+++++

So far the app has all of the features i need. It would be great to be able to replace the text of major shipping status updates received by the carrier (such as when the item is in "Order Ready" status, it would be great to change it to say something else). Other than that, it seems to be the best and most affordable app on the market that meets our needs. Great customer service too (Thanks Donna)!!

The best app for dropshipping, hands down. I was using another app prior to discovering ParcelPanel, and this app blows it OUT OF THE WATER. Also, great customer service, fast to respond, and helpful. You are able to customize the location from which customers see your products being shipped from. Very helpful, and a incredibly useful upsell "similar products" tab based off what said customer purchased. Genius.
