so far so good. repsonsive support. Some Tracking numbers dont match to carriers correctly however the support do correct these types of issues as soon as they are made aware.

The application has been good so far. Online customer service representative was also helpful and responsive. I've got a step-by-step detail explanation on how I could work things around the application. Overall highly recommended!!!

So far it is pretty good. I have run into some issues though. Tracking will not always be 100% accurate and there is no way to manually change this. I have had the app installed about 2 weeks and have had 5 chats regarding updating the tracking numbers all taking 1-2 days.

I hope they implement a manual change soon as i waste more time on the chat fixing the issue than it would take me to manually do.

So for now it gets a 3 star. ill update again later if improved.
