Donna was great and gave me the support I needed professionaly and with a lot of patience.
Amazing app to work with + great quality fast customer support.
So far it is pretty good. I have run into some issues though. Tracking will not always be 100% accurate and there is no way to manually change this. I have had the app installed about 2 weeks and have had 5 chats regarding updating the tracking numbers all taking 1-2 days.
I hope they implement a manual change soon as i waste more time on the chat fixing the issue than it would take me to ...
