We have been using Parcel Panel for over a year and have not have any issues. Support is very responsive as well.
ParcelPanel's support is great! Their team is always available and ready to assist with any questions or issues. They respond quickly and go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend it.
App works great. But it sometimes misleads tracking number with wrong carrier. I had to ask contact support every time to correct them. I hope there is a feature that store end can revise carrier by ourselves. Other than that, customer support was fast enough and always solve my issues. Thank you for your help.
