Ik heb deze app 4 jaar gebruikt waarvan hij het laatste half jaar niet meer werkte. Verschillende e-mails over gestuurd naar de customer service maar geen enkele reactie ontvangen en wel geld af blijven schrijven. Waardeloze service

It is not working at all, I have had it since the beginning it was free and perfect! now that is paying, the free version is not working at all...

This app does not work with Klaviyo. It does not sync all the emails, it randomly drops some of them. When I reached out to the developers they said to switch email clients and that a fix is on the way. Ridiculous, they clearly don't realize how difficult it is to switch email clients and the issue has been going on since Jan 2021. I would give them a zero star if I could.

This app seems to be totally broken, unfortunately. I paid for a $12 / month plan and I was unable to even create a popup – every popup type was "locked" and said "upgrade needed".

Found easier and simpler apps. This one is complex to use and wont take effect without app support for my custom theme.

If your are going to say an app is free do not make me upgrade to use it. Then after you make me upgrade it should work. Sorry I need something that works and do not have time to get an app to work when it is easier to write the code.
