Just installed this app. I had some questions and their customer service agent, Juan, was very quick to help me through several questions I had. I had my survey up and running within minutes! I am excited to use their post purchase survey to improve my customer service and flush out trouble spots.
They responded pretty fast on the chat and the process was super easy. Christian helped us installing the app as we needed to upgrade our thank you page for the app to work. Thank you!

This app works perfectly and does what it says. We get lots of feedback on our post purchase survey, which has helped steer our business to new opportunities!
Really good app, support were very helpful when we had an issue. Been running for years and it's been good the whole time.
The app rolled out a new update as I had the app since 2019 so it caused the form to stop working form February 2022. Since then, I have spent almost 2 weeks trying to get the form resolved by liaising with the team directly. I have sent over screen recordings and placed several test orders. The team refuse to follow resolutions to get it fixed. I have proposed solutions such as raising a fresh test order but they refuse to solve this. They keep blaming devices. This is the longest length of an unsolved issue with an app I have ever faced.
