My review is related to the support I just received. I ran into an issue which prevented me from saving changes, Ahmed came to the rescue and resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. I'm not able to save again. The Post Purchase survey has also been very useful for us to get valuable insight into our customers likes and dislikes.

It is free, and that is great, but it is not very useful without analytics tools. I would give 5 stars if a simple analytics tool showed a simple graphic with the total feedbacks. That would make it easier to understand what questions from the survey are chosen the most. Now you have to go after every feedback and read it. Otherwise, you can miss it, or you need to go through it every week. Very time consuming and messy. It could be avoided by the straightforward solution mentioned above. I promise to change my review once we have this tool!

This App is very basic and it's for free. If you have one language in your store and you just want to analyze just a few questions at a time and you are fine to edit which questions should show up manually from time to time. - This app ist fantastic (I mean it's free and it works!) Otherwise, you would need you have some development skills...

I use this for our website, delugames.com and it is perfect! We sell a tailgate game and I want to know how people heard about us, so I just ask two basic questions. It is really easy to use and provides me with great responses. It is so easy to set up, install, and unintrusive to our customers. I love it! I also get a pretty high response rate which is great!

This app is so easy to use yet it has brought me thousands of dollars in extra revenue because I know my customer better now. Only thing I wish to be added is a preview of the live store's questions!

I really can't say enough about Hulk Apps application tools. Not only do they offer a variety of applications but applications that are actually very useful & simplistic.

Very easy to install but gives us the data we wanted to better understand our customers. Post-purchase makes more sense for us since we do not want to bombard with questions pre-purchase since that might hurt conversion rates.

This app is really good. Super simple to set up. Unobtrusive to the customer experience. Slots perfectly into the 'thank you' page. I got immediate results.
