Very supportive regarding custom import of existing mail list. Suggest improving the template so users can DIY instead of relying on the team. But overall good experience migrating data

I chose this plugin not because it’s free, but because it offers the best functionality on the market. In fact, it’s a bit surprising that such a high-quality tool is available for free, as its quality and functionality surpass many paid tools.

The support team is excellent. They respond quickly to any questions or issues that arise. For example, when I had a question about a specific feature, the support team replied within a few hours and helped resolve the problem. Such speed and professionalism are rare.
The Back in Stock feature was easy to install and customize to fit seamlessly onto our site, including customizing the restock emails to match our brand guidelines. The help desk was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our customization questions.
This is an excellent app. It does exactly what we need it to do. We had a couple of small issues, but these were taken care of quickly by the customer support team. We are very happy and would highly recommend it to others.
