I was having an issue with the PreOrder button not showing up on my site. Customer Support was extremely helpful in fixing the issue. It was operator error on my end, but they were very thorough in finding what I had done wrong. The functionality of this app is great in helping us collect pre-orders rather than losing sales on out of stock items. Highly recommend.
Very simple and easy to use this app. When you have a problem,you can contact customer service anytime and the customer service team responds quickly. My problem was solved very quickly. The app also has a very aspect feature that allows you to set up email reminders upon arrival, which reduces the pressure on our store's customer service. It's really great and I recommend it!
We've started using PreOrder Globo to launch a few new products on pre-sale and it’s working really well so far. It's a great way for us to test interest before committing to stock. I had a few teething issues with setup, but Rosie from customer support was super helpful and quick to respond. She guided me through everything and even helped make sure it was working correctly on our live theme. Great support and a really useful app!

The app works very well, very useful for out-of-stock, coming soon, and pre-order products. We had to configure an option that wasn't included, and Rosie from support was very kind and quick to do it. I recommend the app.
The app is super useful. We already have a previous preorder product set up by our previous Shopify guy and we are able to continue using it without any help because of how easy it is to use.
