Easy to use. The few "issues" I had were very simple oversights on my end, which the staff at Globo were fast to give me a response and get it fixed.

Thanks for leaving us a review. We are so sorry for your unhappy experience.
Let us explain to you how our app works. The app will replace the "Add to cart" button of out-of-stock items with the "Pre-order" one when pre-order function is enabled. It's not an issue but our app primary functionality. It's a pity that it does not support keeping both buttons showing in order to meet your requirement.

Very intuitive and helpful app. Allows you to list as many items for preorder as you want, for free! There were some issues getting the add to cart button to change to the pre-order button, but I emailed customer support and they were very kind and helpful. They fixed the issue the same day.
