This app has been great for identifying pre-order products on my site and communicating with customers. Globo's customer service has been exceptional, too. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in integrating this app with my store. I also use their smart product filter app, which i highly recommend.
The support has been amazing. Even with the smallest question the team have gone out of their way to help. Pre-Orders are coming in and it is fantastic! Very happy to have found this app.

Such a fantastic and powerful app that allows you to easily manage pre-orders. The app has improved and increased functionality heaps over time and is a really great price. They have pretty much everything you need. The support team are fantastic (thank you Sarah for helping with issues and helping me get the theme setup across multiple stores)!
My only wish is that the app could support displaying metafield information on the front end to help simplify the population of an ETA message via variant metafield as merchants with large catalogues may not be able to use the manual tools provided to manage this effectively. But as the team are always updating the app, I'm hopeful this is something that can be added over time!

Very happy with this app. Works well and offers good intuitive user experience. Has also allowed me to receive orders when products have not been in stock which is of great benefit. Can't fault Globo, they provide quick, clear, concise communication and were able to make some minor tweaks at my request. This is the second app of theirs i've integrated and i'm sure won't be the last. Thanks Globo for your great product and support.
We were able to realize the UI/UX we wanted for pre-order products using this app. Additionally, the speed of support was incredibly fast, and the quality of the responses was excellent. They perfectly answered multiple questions in a short amount of time and provided support for implementation. This was by far the best support experience I've had in the past. It has become one of the reasons I want to continue using this app.
I asked for support because I had several issues in setting up the app. Luna and Sarah have been very kind and responsive!
