The app is very easy to install and use. Took some playing around to get all the settings how we wanted - but after it's setup, it saves us a ton of time and work being able to automatically tag pre-orders and communicate that information to customers at checkout and also with an email afterward.

Works as it says on the box, is easy to implement and easy to maintain, would be good if it had a warning function when something is about to end

We've been using this app for several months and love the features and options it provides. It's also extremely easy to use and setup. We had one small issue with the "pre-order" badge not showing on the product and emailed their support team. Within a couple of hours the problem was fixed by their prompt and professional team! Incredible service. Thank you!

Excellent support and response times. Dev team worked on my site to fix many issues with my theme without any delay. Very pleased I found this app. I usually don't use paid apps but I am happy to subscribe to this one.

Excellent support, I have not had to contact Globo before that I can remember, I have been using pre-order for many years and had a little query, that was rectified very quickly and efficiently today - great service

This app allows us to encourage customers to add options to existing products which increases revenue on the items they add to their cart! The app was easy to set up and later, when we needed help integrating a different app, Eric from Globo Pre-order responded quickly and helped us immediately at no cost!

Excellent app, does exactly what I need, saved me doing my manual workaround of setting up a preorder collection and keeping a note of all the orders by hand. Looks great in the store and the countdown creates a persuasive scarcity for sales. Great support too. Highly recommended.

Really good and prompt service - I made updates to my "pre-order app" but found the appearance in the live store was not so good (my choice not theirs). o I contacted support team, who investigated within 30 mins and resolved within the day by adjusting coding.
