The support is also spot on, and answers in a timely manner with good solutions.

A bit of improvement potential could be the translation, but even here it excels competitors at the moment

Rosie and the Globo team were lifesavers! They responded promptly and resolved a pre-order pricing issue. They then went out their way to resolve an cart editing issue that was being caused by the shopify theme itself. The went above and beyond. Thank you!

This is awesome app. The customer support is also awesome. I've very quick reply and turnaround from the Dev team. They fixed all my preorder and back in stock issues. Customer Service Sarah is excellent, always ready to help.

We are using PreOrder Globo to make our pre-orders more clear than with the default Shopify options. The apps integrates well with Shopify and and minor issues with things like formatting have quickly been resolved by their support team.
