At the moment I only use the back in stock section. There were some problems. This was resolved very quickly by contacting customer service.

The app really helps my customers who live in different countries to see what the pricing is in their countries with a simple drop down menu. The support has been great as well.

Very good and quick response.
I don't know why this option "Start pre-order when stock less/above than or equal" was being deleted out of the app. We use it very many times.
Maybe other stores do not use this much.
I am glad because Support team listened to my request and turn it back on for me.

Have not yet used this app, but Emma and Globo get 5 stars for their help with set up. We had a bit of a problem, emailed them and in less than 24 hours they jumped in and took care of it. Great service! Thank you!
