I cannot describe how relieved I felt after an agent appeared IMMEDIATELY once I installed the 7-Day Trial. I had no issue paying them for their services. I could've really messed this up with the very delicate timing involved when I went "live" with my products. In no way would I have known what everything did, or that it even was set up properly and worked.

This app was exactly what I needed but initially, the widget wasn't working right away. The chat support was SO helpful and fixed my issues as fast as they could! Definitely solved the problem but mostly, Nareh and the rest of the chat support team went out of their way to make sure the issue was resolved. 10/10 experience.
