We were able to easily & successfully install the app on our Shopify store. The customer service team was A+. Our agent was informative, quick with answers and most importantly--extremely patient & polite. We are optimistic the app performance will also measure-up and deliver positive results.
So far the support has been top notch and the program easy to use. We'll see if it can deliver results in the next month or two as we await a major restock!
