I was looking for a way to add pre-orders to my Shopify site and not only is it exactly what I was looking for and super quick to install, but the lovely customer service chat (I spoke with Dela) was so friendly, quick to respond and really helpful at assisting me as well as showing me where everything I needed was — including setting things up for me.

We have a relatively high return rate. It happens very often that a product is out of stock for just 1–2 weeks, and then it is available again. So for that, the app really made a difference for us, and we sold many products which our customers would have missed otherwise. Additionally, the support is lightning fast!

Their customer support team is awesome! You need something solved? Write them. You need adjustments to current plans? They can help. Even if you have not used the plan completely, you can write them and their team will assist you fast and solution oriented. Very much recommend for all the e-comm shops, that might face with stock-out problems for your best sellers and with Notiy Me! app you can easily and fast solve those issues with pre-order option.

I have tested at least 5 similar apps and this one is by far the best. I don't have time to deal with all the apps from start to finish, so apps need to be easy and quick to use. This app really is simple and straightforward to use. The customer service is also excellent. Melika answered my query within minutes and solved my problem just as quickly.
