Grace has been the most helpful person to chat with! She checked in right when we got the app for our store and helped with basic technical knowledge and navigation within the platform and had great creative suggestions. She explains things clearly and easily and made the integration to my Shopify store a breeze. Sincerely, a very happy customer. :)

Absolutely brilliant - Harry jumped in to offer me support before I even knew I needed it so didn't have hours wasting time trying something before reaching out to support. Nothing was too much hassle and it was really easy to install, customise and start getting leads instead of losing them when something runs out of stock. The low stock FOMO thing is genius and really helped me sell out of a product quickly... Highly highly recommend!

We've had a great experience using Notify! over the past few months. It helps us keep tabs on which items to restock first. Recently we noticed a small glitch with the widget on a product page, so I got in touch with the support team and had the pleasure of speaking with Miles. He resolved the issue almost instantly – I couldn't be happier with the support provided!

I had some technical issues getting the button to show due to the fact that my developer designed my site with some code. I reached out to customer support and they were able to have their tech team resolve the issue and get the button and app installed perfectly!

Special shout out to Nilou who went above and beyond helping out with getting everything taken care of. She even styled the look and feel of the button to match my site perfect!

The app works great. I had an issue with the back-in-stock button, but support was quick to respond. Stella got back to me promptly, and the problem was resolved within a few minutes.

As I've been setting this up the support staff Pearl and Stella have been incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to my questions! I was able to import all requests from my old back in stock app and the new sign up button looks great on our site. The pre-order feature isn't exactly what I thought and you can't let customers pre-order by variant, but support staff said they'll put this in as a feature request which is nice.

This app has been extremely valuable. We've seen a significant amount of revenue driven from having this app installed. Their customer service is quick and helpful. We recently had a need to move the button on our product pages and Miles from Customer Service was quick, kind, and made the edits we needed. I would highly recommend this app to any company that ever has items out of stock – even if it's only some products, sometimes. So valuable to allow customers to opt in to be notified when the product is back in stock. So easy to use, so much value.

Incredible help & support - the best I have ever received from an app on Shopify. Pearl guided me through the whole set up & even tweaked things to match our website perfectly. She was so helpful, kind and forward thinking. So far so good. Does exactly what I needed it to do. I've used the Lite plan for a couple of years now. It's been great. As far as the other plans -- the price seems high, don't love that they take commission, but support is very helpful. Dela helped me with all my questions when choosing which option to upgrade to.
