I've had a great experience with this app; it's incredibly user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. Whenever I encountered any issues, the support team was readily available for online communication and provided timely solutions. Highly recommend for its efficiency and excellent customer service.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service. When I initially installed the widget, I wanted to change a few of the CSS elements. Not only did Aliya say that editing the CSS was possible, but she actually went and made the changes for me IN REAL TIME. She literally redesigned the entire button for me in less than 3 minutes.
I was on the free plan, but now I will certainly be upgrading. Thank you, Aliya.
