I could not figure out how to limit the number of pre-orders that can be placed, and when I tried to contact chat for support, the whole page errored out with a 500 error.
It was so quick to chat with a rep. The rep was so quick and helped me resolve my issue in less than 5 minutes! it was a great experience
I downloaded Preorder Wolf based solely on the ratings and reviews and of other users. It really was simple to install and straightforward to use. Unfortunately, the 'Pre-Order' button didn't show as intended on the first try so I clicked on the chat button and was greeted almost immediately by support. The tech, Eva, was able to get it working properly within a couple of minutes and I didn't have to do anything on my end. Honestly, the speed at which the glitch was identified and resolved has me question whether Eva is a human or an advanced AI agent. I'm not sure which would impress me more. Either way - I couldn't be happier with the results!
Once I had installed the app it wasn't working correctly. I send a message via chat support and Eva assisted me and fixed the issue within a couple of minutes. Fantastic customer service thank you.

I applaud the fact that this is a free app (at least when we trialled it), but we discovered a bit of a show-stopper when using themes that allow you to add products from outside of the actual product page - for example themes that allow you to add an item from a thumbnail on a home page or collection page. If a customer does this to a product with zero inventory it still allows the product to be added to cart without idenitifying as a pre-order. So the customer thinks they're ordering something that's in stock! Raised this with them, and no answer after 30 hours. I'll be uninstalling. Shame as it looked promising...
