I recently had a couple of support issues with the subscription policy link and the size of the preorder button in my store. Eva from customer support was incredibly helpful and efficient. She quickly resolved both the link color and pre-order button size issues, ensuring a professional and user-friendly experience. Her attention to detail and prompt responses make this app a standout, not just for its features but also its exceptional customer service.
The app is rather straight-forward and does what it claims to do. Eva and her team were an incredible help in getting my shop setup correctly. Having a functioning app to facilitate my mostly made-to-order small business is very important to me - and not easy to to find. I've been setting up my Shopify store and recently came across this app, which has been a game-changer for managing out-of-stock products with a "pre-order" option. Initially, everything worked smoothly with my first product, but when I added two more products, I encountered an issue these new products didn't display the "pre-order" option when their stock was zero. Instead, they just showed as "sold out," which was not what I wanted.
Frustrated and unsure what I was doing wrong, I reached out to the app’s customer support. I was fortunate enough to connect with Eva, and from the very start, her assistance was nothing short of amazing. She quickly understood the problem and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on what needed to be done. Eva explained that the app manages the selling plans automatically, so I didn’t need to manually update each product a huge relief!
