The functionality to email a customer when back in stock is not yet functional. Kind of defeats the purpose of using for pre-order and back in stock...

This pre-order APP has been largely perfected over the past year and a half and has emerged as a leader of the pack. It's easy to use and has great button functions.

Unfortunately I've had to remove some stars, due to the dishonesty of the developers. They originally promised us early adopters that it would be free forever, for our initial support. Now, around a year later, the app has grown with a significant increase in users and ratings, they have completely gone back on their word and are demanding monthly payment (even after I sent them screenshots to show their original agreement).

Very disappointing, as I based my decision to use their product and invested time setting everything up, on those original terms.

It's an otherwise good app and does what I require reasonably well. But not having trust in the development team is a major concern and leaves a very bad feeling.

It's disappointing that you've interpreted our updates this way, especially considering you've been using the app for 10 months and saved thousands of dollars in the process. As the app has evolved and improved, so too has the need for a sustainable & affordable pricing model.

Our chat team has assisted you with all your questions and provided clarifications via live chat, but you continue to request lifetime free access, which isn’t feasible. Creating, maintaining, and updating software requires a dedicated team and involves ongoing technical costs to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

Easy to use and I see an update in sales with PreOrder Now app. Easy to install and it turns itself off once my stock arrives, so less admin for me. Would highly recommend.

Codexade team is quick to answer and fix any problems that they can. The app is a little glitchy and would be awesome if there was no delay and if the badges stay on the products when they're sorted or filtered.

Update on my review. It worked decently originally. We saw some good back order and preorder sales. However recently the button wouldn't show and we have had customers complain that they didn't notice the item on backorder.

The tech team says they are working on moving to a faster server, but there is no current timing available. I'm keeping my original review for initial knowledge.

So far so good. Started using the app today. We created 3 PreOrder listings and 1 Backorder listing. So far we've received 7 preorders from this feature!

Looking forward to the Notify me feature. Will update the review after some continuous use.

Using PreOrder Now has really helped my business on preorders. It helps to keep everything uniform and let customers see info regarding the preorder such as closing date and ETA.

As a small business every bit helps. Free apps aren't always so problem free once installed. Loving this app, it's a very easy process for listing available pre-order items online. I look forward to trying some other features in this app as they seem to have it working really well by all the reviews.

Maintaining the online store can be time consuming so when you find an app that works like it's supposed to and it easy to use it's a god send! Highly recommend!

PreQuik is the best PreOrder app that I have tried in Shopify. Easy to use, great features and most importantly, you can merge products with the same preorder date(unlike other app where you need to do each product separately )

Great app, works as I would have hoped. Has some limitations with placements of blocks that hopefully can be improved in the future to allow more flexibility for layout.
