The functionality to email a customer when back in stock is not yet functional. Kind of defeats the purpose of using for pre-order and back in stock...
Great App for preorder items, works well and easy to format, set up.

This pre-order APP has been largely perfected over the past year and a half and has emerged as a leader of the pack. It's easy to use and has great button functions.
Unfortunately I've had to remove some stars, due to the dishonesty of the developers. They originally promised us early adopters that it would be free forever, for our initial support. Now, around a year later, the app has grown with a significant increase in users and ratings, they have completely gone back on their word and are demanding monthly payment (even after I sent them screenshots to show their original agreement).

It's an otherwise good app and does what I require reasonably well. But not having trust in the development team is a major concern and leaves a very bad feeling.
We understand you're frustrated, but we want to clarify that we never promised "free forever." It's disappointing that you've interpreted our updates this way, especially considering you've been using the app for 10 months and saved thousands of dollars in the process. As the app has evolved and improved, so too has the need for a sustainable & affordable pricing model.
Our chat team has assisted you with all your questions and provided clarifications via live chat, but you continue to request lifetime free access, which isn’t feasible. Creating, maintaining, and updating software requires a dedicated team and involves ongoing technical costs to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

Codexade team is quick to answer and fix any problems that they can. The app is a little glitchy and would be awesome if there was no delay and if the badges stay on the products when they're sorted or filtered.

However, the delivery date displays DD-MM-YYY and this is not how most US buyers understand the date. So even though we set it to 01-06-2024 (June 1, 2024), the customer doesn't think they are getting the shipment until January 6, 2024. This makes us look unprofessional.
If that get's fixed, I'd give it 5 stars.
