We hesitated using this app at first because of the price range compared to other apps, so we went through 4 different types of pre-order apps before we tried Pre-order Now. The other apps didn't support Japanese, prompt text wasn't customizable, the look of the pre-order button wasn't the native design etc... I probably spent about 2 weeks trying to get the right order app, but in the end, Preorder Now took me an hour to set up, and request for quick fix was done almost immediately after i sent an email. Super happy with the support so far, and really worth paying the fee. Thanks Jabir and Vlad!

Does not work properly at all with our site. Inventory that was in stock was showing preorder. Inventory that was out of stock wasn't. Waste of time
Hello! Thanks for this review. We DEFINITELY want to get it right for you 100%, and this type of issue is very rare for our app... sounds like perhaps your settings in the app itself just need to be tweaked? There is a checkbox in the app where you can set your "rules" regarding where and when the preorder shows on all products. It's in the "settings" and you just apply it to "all products".
Our technical team has been emailing you to make sure to get this cleaned up for you, whatever it takes. Can you let us know how things are looking now? I really appreciate it!

Avoid the app, we trialled it for 3 days. Automatically changed our sizings when customers chose a different size. People orders XXXL and it was changing it to S. Seen a few reviews which are the same. Cost us quite a bit over the past 3 days. Avoid. Plenty of returns now have to be made

Either way we could have fixed that for you in short order... If you had emailed us we would have had it solved within a few hours. This app has been a great addition to my online shop, as now I am able to offer pre-orders to my customers on items that have been sold out numerous times. In turn, this helps reduce possible missed sales from a customer seeing an "out of stock" tag on an item & them being unaware of a restock. I had a few issues when trying to get everything in order on my own, but Amandeep from customer support was able to get everything in order. Amandeep was extremely helpful & patient with me when I had no idea what I was really doing. They even went as far as saying they would fix things up for me & reach out when everything was set, just in case I had other things I need to do. Now I'm all set for a launch of pre-order products! Honestly, if you need a pre-order app with good customer service, then I recommend this one 100%.

this app could be described as average at best and shitty at worst. Can't change the button color and it stopped working after a week
I love the ability to customize the banner and buttons. Great app! I would recommend this app to anyone.
