Good solid app with rapid support. Amadeep was right there on a live chat the moment I had a question (worrying about integration with 2.0 platform themes). The answer was efficient and friendly and he put my fears to rest. Great to know it plays nice on the new platform. Thank you

The app has the features we were looking for that some other pre-order apps did not have. We did have an issue with the code of the app conflicting with our store theme, causing shopping cart issues in Safari. However, the support staff resolved the coding issue even faster than I expected (within an hour of submitting a troubleshooting request). Excellent service definitely rates 5 stars!

The app seems to be working fine from the aspect of its primary function, but it is causing SEO issues in our store. The app elements/features which we don't even use are present on our pages which adds unwanted h1 and h2s causing On-Page SEO errors. We communicated this with the support and were not able to find a solution to it, they say this will be added to their feature request list. Hope they will fix this soon. *****UPDATE***** They have fixed the issue and everything seems to be working great. Really appreciate the effect made by the support and developer team in fixing our issue, especially the help from Joshua, the 5-star is for him.

Works brilliantly and helps us with pre-sales. Our customers love it too as they can order all the items they need without having to pay extra postage for items out of stock.
