I will definitely recommend this app to everyone who plans to have a pre-order sale in your Shopify store. It's great to manage and the customer support is amazing. Although, you may not get outstanding support from every agent you talked to but, there are a few who does understand the assignment and sacrificed you've made to open a store, what it entails and your sleepless night. I can say had my share with a rude agent before and to have Rasheed coming and picking up what the other agent didn't finished and saving me from drowning. The app works. My theme was causing a problem with mixed stores. But Amandeep helped me figure out the cause of the issue and brainstormed a work around to fix my store quickly while I work on the backend later to fix the underlying issues. Top notch service!
