I am using this app to sell more, and inform my customers of longer delivery. The support is awesome, made custom code for my site so it fits - really nice. Had some more custom code, and the support was there instant and helped me out. Would recommend Website On-Demand to anyone else thats want to sell more! :)

The app is working well. It helps us with the preorder of our new collection. The admin of the app could be maybe a bit better (faster, easier to use ...), but it does what it should do. :-) thanks.
The Pre‑Order Now WOD team have been seriously incredible. Set up was super easy and the customer support has been genuinely amazing. Answering questions and helping with issues so quickly!
Can't recommend this app enough for anyone looking to set up preorders for their stores!

Seems like set up is fairly easy. Have not finalized on page yet. Still working on installation set up.
I have one variant to do presale and is seemly easy to set up.
Seems to be working well and reducing the number of customer service enquiries we are currently getting.

I do not have my products yet, this app is perfect for preorders. Very user friendly, there are videos and tutorials. I am not tech savvy but I was able to follow along and set my page up
Exactly what I needed! I have so much custom code on my site (including custom add to cart buttons), that I was concern whether this would look wonky, but it looks absolutely perfect without needing to get our developer involved. The support team was available right away to answer some set up questions I had. Highly recommend.

Adding an update since we've now been using the app for a few months. This has been a game changer for us, and I'm so so glad I installed it. With all the supply chain issues we've been dealing with, it allows us to continue to sell backordered items and avoid losing out on sales when we go out of stock. I had an issue today that required the team at Website On-Demand to do a custom adjustment to my theme so that we could get the pre-order button displayed in our collection pages, and they got it done within a few minutes. I am so impressed, I wish my web developer was this quick haha.
