Love Printify! It has been so much easier to run my business since switching to Printify. I love that I can choose more than one vendor to fit certain product needs. The printing quality has been nothing but professional and clear. The shipping is fast and reasonable especially during a pandemic! Haven't had any issues yet!
We appreciate your review! We are glad to hear that you like our services and we hope to have a long-term collaboration with you further on.
If you care about quality, your brand and reputation then skip these guys. They're a middle man for POD companies and don't give a fck about you or your customers satisfaction.
Like any small business I'm trying to provide the highest quality product for the lowest margin. Their Bella 8001 was/is cheaper by a few dollars than another pod on Shopify so I moved 2 designs to them. The partner I chose was ArtGun. Not just for the price but they could do an outside back label. I had 4 orders, 2 individual, 1 low volume order from the music artist, and one other individual. The first 3 orders, 2 individual, and the volume order for around 12 shirts all came or shipped to the customer with the outside back label printed as an inside label. I had no idea until the artist got their volume order. First, it took 10 business days to print 12 shirts. Another 3-5 days to actually receive the shirts. Needless to say, they were not accurate about their fulfillment time. Contacted Printify, got a sad story that ArtGun was merging with another company, blah, blah, blah, it won't happen again. Plus since it was a "large" order (12 shirts? 2 designs?!) It was harder to fulfill... Are you for real? It should be easier right? Load the graphic, change shirts in the dtg printers..... So it's scripted offshore support... Ok, apologize to artist, no merchandise at their show... When it arrived they d me, all the back labels we're printed on the inside label area. I saw and took photos of all the shirts in person and took it back for an exchange. Contacted Printify, generic support contacted me with send photos, proof etc. Few days goes by, ok they're is a problem with their pod ArtGun. They've been notified will be fixed and will get back to me when I can get reprints. So I contact the 2 previous individual orders, turns out their shirts are not correct either. Let Printify know, etc etc photos, done. 1 month goes by, Printify points the finger to ArtGun, my customers have shirts that are not correct, the artist merchandise still not correct... I think 6 weeks finally ok, ArtGun fixed their problem we're sending reprints.
Check the reprints, Printify reprints the 3 individual orders (I had another individual orders during this waiting period that was printed wrong and had rust and irregular water stains on it). The 2 dark colors are ok. The white shirt still discolored, after they assured me that it was getting extra qc. Then I ask, what about the larger order from the artist and they respond they need proof of the mistake, again! Mind you I sent them the photos from that order as proof of their mistake a month and a half back. They push back with their canned script, now it's October and still the 12 shirts aren't reprinted.
They blame ArtGun, no, it's them, Printify, because they choose to do business with pods that can't even get a back label right. If they do so much volume like they claim, how can I be the only one affected?
This company is dishonest and doesn't care about you, your brand or your customers. I have all emails, photos, and correspondence.
If you have a family reunion, small tee run you wanna do cheap and don't know or care about quality then go ahead and save a buck.
If you are trying to grow a brand, have high quality prints and customer satisfaction, stay away from Printify.
They can point fingers to the pod, but they continue to do business with them because of their character. Your partners reflect you. I should have never ever used them. It's one of the worst experiences since I've started to do my open custom shirts.
So far so good on the app. I wish they would make the business discount for everyone or make it a 1 time fee.
Unfortunately - I have to modify my review again. After complaining I really had a nice contact with the customer service. It looked ( I was told) the shipping method had been changed and would only take about 3 days. But those were only words... shipments from Germany are still done in the less eco friendly way you can imagine - by plane (< 200 km drive) by the French Poste (package from Germany => Holland).. time consuming. Customer Service told me 21th March to come back to me a.s.a.p... it's now 5th April. So far for close monitoring...Also the packages are not offered at the door of the customer, in stead they go straight to a service point, while the system displays it has been offered at the door. 100% NOT true... because of my doubts I ran a test with a package to my sister... The worst is - the buyer doesn't receive any notification where the package has been delivered!!! If you complain on the chat the answer is: please contact the local post office service point, but which one is a miracle???
Next week one of my sweaters will be in a national television show with over 1 million viewers - I worked really hard to realize that.. I hope to make a lot of sales, but where possible (depending on the ordered colors) it will probably be better to re direct to Printful. Unbelievable Printify doesn't see this! So frustrating...The quality of the app , the sweaters and the prints is great, but the shipment process spoils everything.

I wanted to update my previous review and sincerely give a 5 star rating for the way Printify (especially Ariel) handled my complaint. In just a few weeks the shipment proces. In just a few weeks, the shipping method was changed to a more environmentally conscious and faster process. Thank you Printify and thank you Ariel! By the way, I do hope that this fine trend will spread to all European providers that deliver within the EU....

I am situated in the Netherlands. The closest printer is in Germany - a max. 3 hours car drive. I truly love the Printify app, but it seems they are responsible for the transport process. If you order directly at the printer they use a (road) transport service with delivers within 1-2 days within the Netherlands (2 small road trips). However, the orders placed by Printify follow this route:
- a road trip from the German printer to a French airport
- a flight from France to the Netherlands
- a drive from the airport to a distribution center
- a drive from the distribution center to the end user
The whole point of choosing a local printer is to save: time, money and the environment. Now 1 simple sweater delivery takes up to 15 days (above the production time), an augmented CO2 emission and most probably it won't be very cheap.
I only started to work with the app, but selling within my own country (the Netherlands) seems impossible this way.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to inform you that our shipping team has worked diligently with the print provider to address the issue, resulting in an average shipping time of 3 business days. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and make further improvements if necessary.
We appreciate your valuable feedback and assistance in resolving this matter promptly. If you happen to notice any shipping irregularities with this print provider, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Our teams are currently working on enhancing the shipping process, with plans to provide more shipping options in the near future. We hope to bring this improvement to you soon. Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we wish you all the best.
I had 3 orders with them (immediately upon starting with the app) and the shipping was extremely unorganized (2 inaccurate tracking numbers and 1 order shipped without a tracking number). A customer asked why her order was taking a week and a half at that point. After an online chat and emailing, the issue wasn't resolved (and not one of the 4 people I emailed responded). I suggest (and did suggest during the chat) that they get accurate tracking numbers AND use them on ALL shipments. It seems like that would be a good way to take care of customers. After the first 3 orders where a debacle, I decided this is not a good app for business purposes and have moved on.
UPDATE:
The below review was written on May 21st. It has been a month and customer service is now worse, not better. I submitted a request for the status of an order 5 days ago... I will now lose this customer for future sales because I can't give him the status of his order (which he placed May 12th) for 5 days. Once again, COVID has caused a lot of problems and myself and my customers have generally been really understanding. The problem is there is NO PROGRESS. The same problems that were happening a month and a half ago, are still happening. HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE LOOKING FOR JOBS!!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
With the Covid-19 crisis, I understand that there will be some speed bumps. However, it has become the most frustrating experience trying to get in contact with customer service. On top of that, I have had products changed by their system that I have had to go back and recreate on my own. I've had items in multiple orders cancelled and have had to recreate orders. When I try to reach out to them about these problems? No response. It has been an absolute disaster the last week and they have caused me hours in unnecessary work to keep my shop running smoothly. On top of it, when they make mistakes, they always say that they can't fix them. I will more than likely be changing POD providers.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Indeed, our sprint providers have been experiencing some delays due to big number of orders being redirected to them, but we are working on adding more print provider to reduce the backlog. Nevertheless, we want our customers to be happy, therefore, one of our managers will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to see how we can make it up to you.
I need a full refund for a faulty order; the people refuse to understand that i'm in no way in need of their samples or services any further as they have been proven to be way too faulty for the type of audience that i'm trying to engage; they don't answer their messages in chat after more than 15 hours; They're shady, they suck, their products suck, depite sucking they still are being sent separately, their support team sucks, their providers suck, everything sucks. DON'T WORK WITH PRINTIFY
Thank you very much for your kind words. We are very happy to hear that you are satisfied with our services and we will do our best to keep it this way. Best of luck with your sales and if you need any help, do not hesitate to reach out to us at merchantsupport@printify.com
Seriously, HOW does this get 5 stars?
They break my site every time I update products.
They don't let you change collection images, but they push the old ones over and over, creating four times the work for every product update.
Their product catalog is literally presented in random order, making product development a massive pain in the fking a.
They never have chat available, although they claim to. You just get caught into an email vortex.
The emails go on forever with CS speak and zero solutions. They often end with "sorry we're inconveniencing you." Literally that.
Just . . . ugh. They are a mess.
This app is completely BS and it is not for those who decide to open a real business but more for kids that want to "play" to be a business owner and I can explain why. When you create and list a product in your shop for example T-shirt or Hoodie and after some time some variant like for example "White XL" is out of stock a message will appear to let you know and you are able to automatically reroute the product to a similar provider or choose different action, but in the meantime your customers will be able to order it and you will be able to choose your best option. BUT if you create your product and in that moment you have created a variant that is missing, it will NOT SHOW AT ALL in your shop so no customers can buy it and nobody will never notify you when the variant will be back so you need to check every day and when it is back you need to RE EDIT your product design with all the variants plus the one missing (and hopefully all the other variants will still be available) and re-edit the retail price of just that variant and re-list your product creating a problem on the Layout of the product page on Shopify because the last listed product goes on the top so your manual set up needs to be re-adjusted and also if you work with shipping weight you need to re-adjust the weight of the product. ALL THESE PROBLEMS just because Printify don't simply allow you to list an out of stock variant of the product that you have created and mark that variant in the "My Store" section of Printify with the classic message "a variant is missing" giving you the possibility to reroute just that variant or decide for a different action giving your customers the possibility to still order it. THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE if you want to be a professional business. So after I created over 100 products I see that my T-shirt WHITE XS, BLACK XL and Sweatshirt WHITE XL was never created and listed and completely missing from my shopify business... THIS IS PRINTIFY and I'm a premium account... probably quitting very soon for a different Print on Demand service that is actually professional. If you contact the support people they will read to you the manual and will suggest to you to replace your print provider without counting that you have spent so much money to get samples from most of them and choose the one that best suits your colours and image details of the designs and of course you can't just switch as nothing actually change on your product quality. They really need to talk with their Software Development team and make this change because how it does not make any sense at all, is not logic, is not practical and is not professional and does not help people who decide to build a business with Printify as a provider partner. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.
We're deeply sorry to hear about your experience with unavailable product variants while creating and publishing the products. Your feedback is truly appreciated and will be definitely taken into consideration for further improvements to our platform.
One of our managers has reached out to you regarding the mentioned concerns, and we hope that we'll be able to remedy the situation!
Easy to use and understand. Cheaper than Printful. However any shipping rate outside of the United State is very poor and expensive.
