I placed an order with Printify on October 31, 2024(Shipping between 10-30 days), and as of today, it is still in transit. The lack of accountability and poor service has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, communication with Printify has been going back and forth with no resolution in sight.
Printify states that the matter is out of their hands and directs me to https://www.asendia.com/, suggesting I contact merchantsupport@printify.com. This endless loop of communication is unacceptable.
Additionally, Niks Daniels Prohorovs from Printify offered a reprint, which is expected to take another full month. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.
Moreover, I have also experienced a lack of service with Printful, which adds to my frustration. The combined poor service from both Printify and Printful has been incredibly disappointing.
I expected better communication and quicker resolution for my order. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of responsibility displayed by both companies.
Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience 😞. After reviewing your case thoroughly:
It appears you have not placed any new orders on the Printful platform since 2023.
Regarding your order with Printify, it was shipped from the US to South Africa, where shipping typically takes 15-30 business days. Unfortunately, we found that the original shipment was lost in transit.
We acknowledge the significant inconvenience this caused and would like to assure you that our support team fully refunded the original order and processed a replacement on December 19, which is currently in transit. As previously explained, international orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or updates. We are here to help 😊.
Printify is TRASH if you need personalized products. Works fine for regular orders, but the personalized order system is broken and buggy. After following all the instructions (which are contradictory) the personalization only works if I place an order through my own system, not for anyone else. It automatically sends to production the "placeholder" item. And even though I followed all instructions and the Printify technical helpdesk couldn't troubleshoot the problem, Printify wouldn't reimburse for the hundreds of dollars worth of incorrectly printed items. Even if I order myself, it will work for one order and then won't work for another item order placed immediately after. I have to cancel my own orders and re-submit until it allows me to review, edit and manually submit. No matter what settings we've tried, Printify will automatically submit orders that need review/edit/manual submission. Their tech support can't fix it, and they won't reimburse for the incorrect orders their system sends to production. AVOID PRINTIFY FOR ALL PERSONALIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced with personalized orders.
To clarify, personalized item orders are designed to always go "On-Hold" in Printify, regardless of a merchant's Order Approval settings, ensuring you can review and edit them before submission. However, in this case, it seems the "Request Fulfillment" button was used on your Shopify store. This action overrides the On-Hold status and sends orders directly to production, which might explain the issues you encountered.
This process is outlined in our Help Center article (https://shorturl.at/eQDxv), and our team is here to support you in preventing such issues in the future. 😊 Please feel free to reach out directly, and we’ll do our best to assist with this matter.
Easy to sign up, easy to add stuff and order a sample. but when a supplier makes a mistake in shipping they won't refund you. "Oh the policy is 30 days 45 days" yeah yeah why don't you guys show us the policy before I make a payment? and why don't you guys back up the users when the mistake is from the supplier? well, no problem here, a company who cannot properly ship a shirt from Us to Canada is not worth at all. BE AWARE!!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. 🙏 We take issues like these very seriously and will look into this matter. Our team will be in touch with you soon to assist further 💚✨.
Not great. Set up my products and the orders started coming in… However they, Printify, put a hold on my payment method for 24-72 hours. Some orders were processed and shipped. So I’m not sure why a handful or order and recent orders are being held. Makes zero sense to me. And if I want to add money to the Printify account, I can’t use a card, I have to use google pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. it’s not convenient at all. So yeah, pretty not great first impressions.
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. 🙏 Our system takes user protection very seriously, and during the verification process, we reach out to the user for the necessary details. Usually, the process is completed as soon as we receive the required information. Your account is now verified and ready to go! You won’t face further order holds due to payment method verification unless you switch to an unverifiable (3rd party) payment method. Let us know if you have any other questions, we’re here to help 😊✨!
horrible. shopify won't integrate printify and after contacting both it's clear it's a shopify issue but neither will do anything about it. following their directions to disconnect and reconnect was a horrible mistake. wtf am I paying shopify for?

I have written a few support tickets in their help centre, but they have marked a few as closed or solved without even replying. I don't think that is acceptable.
8 days ago I contacted them to say that their shipping profiles were not syncing - they marked that ticket as solved. It is not solved and they didn't reply. I would like to know if they are going to fix it, or if I should override the rates.
I also think a lot of their prices are high. Printify told me that the shipping costs are controlled by the shipping companies. For one particular product (small), the actual supplier charges $3.09 less shipping than Printify do (for that same supplier and product). Not sure why.
We're really sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced. That’s definitely not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused. 🙏 We’ll investigate these cases right away and make sure to get in touch with you soon. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
Regarding the shipping cost concerns, we’ll look into the discrepancy you mentioned and provide clarity as soon as possible. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re here to help! 😊
Hello Everyone,
I wanted to share my recent experience with Printify as we spent a month stocking up our inventory and preparing to launch. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. Despite investing in marketing, our very first order encountered significant issues, starkly contrasting with another print-on-demand service that successfully delivered five orders in the same timeframe. Our initial order with Printify hasn't even been delivered yet.
What's more, the response from the support team was far from helpful, essentially advising us to delete our account and forget about any upfront payments we had made.
This initial experience for our first customer has been discouraging, and it makes me worry about the potential impact on future customer satisfaction.
Based on my experience, I would caution against using Printify. It feels like a waste of both money and time, especially when there are other print-on-demand services out there that offer much better reliability and customer service.
I hope this helps others make an informed decision.
We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the delivery and our support team!
This certainly isn't something that you should expect from Printify, therefore, our support team will be in touch with you soon to learn more about this matter and address this properly.
My store was integrated in Shopify 10 days ago after investing a lot of time and money just to see that 90% of the inventory appears as "sold out". Have reached Printify more than once asking when this gonna be fixed and they just keep saying they don't know so I wonder who is supposed to know? Unbelievable! Time is money folks.
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience!
Our team will be reaching out to you to address this properly!

There is an integration issue between printify and Shopify that makes it so some products say they are sold out. I spent hours trying to solve the problem, but no success. I'll never be buying anything from Printify ever again. Horrible lack of support.
Thank you for reaching out!
