I placed an order with Printify on October 31, 2024(Shipping between 10-30 days), and as of today, it is still in transit. The lack of accountability and poor service has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, communication with Printify has been going back and forth with no resolution in sight.

Printify is TRASH if you need personalized products. Works fine for regular orders, but the personalized order system is broken and buggy. After following all the instructions (which are contradictory) the personalization only works if I place an order through my own system, not for anyone else. Easy to sign up, easy to add stuff and order a sample. but when a supplier makes a mistake in shipping they won't refund you. Not great. Set up my products and the orders started coming in… However they, Printify, put a hold on my payment method for 24-72 hours. Some orders were processed and shipped. So I’m not sure why a handful or order and recent orders are being held. Makes zero sense to me. horrible. shopify won't integrate printify and after contacting both it's clear it's a shopify issue but neither will do anything about it. following their directions to disconnect and reconnect was a horrible mistake. wtf am I paying shopify for?

My store was integrated in Shopify 10 days ago after investing a lot of time and money just to see that 90% of the inventory appears as "sold out". Have reached Printify more than once asking when this gonna be fixed and they just keep saying they don't know so I wonder who is supposed to know? Unbelievable! Time is money folks.
